Terms

By placing an order or scheduling a service with JoJo Realty Lens, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Licensing & Usage Rights:
- All media (photos, videos, floor plans, 3D renderings, etc.) produced by JoJo Realty Lens remains the sole property and copyright of JoJo Realty Lens.
- The media is licensed only to the original purchaser (e.g., agent, homeowner, builder, stager, designer, etc.) for marketing and promotional use related to the property and for self-promotion.
- Unauthorized use, resale, or transfer of media to any third party (including but not limited to other agents, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers) is strictly prohibited unless additional licensing is obtained in writing.
2. Payment & Fees:
- All invoices are due and payable upon receipt.
- Unless prior arrangements are made, invoices are considered overdue after 10 days and grossly overdue after 30 days.
- Invoices overdue by more than 30 days will incur a $25 interest charge per week until paid in full.
- Media licensing may be suspended if an account is overdue by more than 10 days.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- If a photographer arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, a trip fee may apply, and a new appointment must be scheduled.
4. Property Preparation & Photo Quality:
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography before the scheduled appointment.
- JoJo Realty Lens is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or making any physical adjustments to the property.
- If the property is not ready at the time of the shoot, photos will be taken as-is, or a reshoot may be required at an additional cost.
5. Turnaround Time & Delivery:
- Next-day delivery is guaranteed for standard residential photography.
- 3D floor plans and 3D video walkthroughs require a 3-day turnaround and will be delivered along with the listing photos once completed.
- Same-day delivery is available for an additional $40 fee but must be requested at the time of booking and confirmed with the photographer at the appointment.
6. 3D Floor Plans & Video Walkthroughs:
- 3D floor plans and video walkthroughs are renderings and may modify or add furniture, similar to virtual staging.
- These are not exact representations of the property�??�?�¢??s current condition and are intended for marketing purposes only.
7. Agreement & Acknowledgment:
- By placing an order or scheduling a service with JoJo Realty Lens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
